Perception
Perception depends on the complex functions of the nervous system but subjectively seems mostly effortless because the process happens outside of conscious awareness, but our nervous systems needs guidance; what we think we feel, and our nervous system does not defferenciate between a threat that is real and one that is imagnation.
When we think about our life, past, present and or future we may feel that we are in a dream-like state; we may realise that we are thinking about something before we were aware that we had given it a thought.
We live from mind to body and body to mind
Thinking changes perception and it changes our physiology.
Unconscious thoughts beat our heart and speak to our body and mind = entwinment
When we think differently, we respond differently.
Thinking is never just thinking it is touching, tasting, smelling, hearing, remembering.
Take time to unwind so stress does not accumulate, because we do stress about stress, and having a concept of destressing is knowing that consciously and unconsciously we can aim to reduce the feeling within us and culivate self-care and self-love and ask in this moment what can I do to destress. Ask your body why am I feeling this way? What does it say? When you know, take action in a way that is designed for you espacially when you feel a sense of peace, no amtter how small the action is, trust it, trust you, dealing with stress doesn't have to stressful, know how you can be beyond a sense of urgency, manage your perception, no self-rejection, be in unity and left your nervous system calm within the power of what you perceive. Life will change us in many ways, but it managable when we think in this moment with awareness of how this helps us to be our best 'this' meaning: this thought, this feeling, this situation, and our need for self-creation within our imagnation; the counterstone of perception and recovery and our ability to self-generate wellness.
Dealing with stress doesn't have to stressful
